Background:

Zinc finger E-box-binding homeobox 2 (ZEB2) belongs to the delta-EF1/ZFH-1 C2H2-type zinc-finger family. ZEB2 is a transcriptional inhibitor that binds to DNA sequence 5'-CACCT-3' in different promoters. ZEB2 interacts with CBX4, CTBP1, and activated SMAD1, SMAD2 and SMAD3, and it represses the transcription of E-cadherin.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of mouse ZEB2. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
