Background:

Bone morphogenetic protein 7 (BMP7) is a secreted ligand that belongs to the TGF-beta family. BMP7 induces cartilage and bone formation. It may be the osteoinductive factor responsible for the phenomenon of epithelial osteogenesis. BMP7 also plays a role in calcium regulation and bone homeostasis.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of mouse BMP7. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:
