Background:

Chromodomain-helicase-DNA-binding protein 3 (CHD3) belongs to the SNF2/RAD54 helicase family. CHD3 is the central component of the nucleosome remodeling and histone deacetylase (NuRD) repressive complex, which participates in the remodeling of chromatin by deacetylating histones. CHD3 is required for anchoring centrosomal pericentrin in both interphase and mitosis, and for spindle organization and centrosome integrity.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human CHD3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
