Background:

Lymphoid-specific helicase (HELLS) plays an essential role in normal development and cell survival.  It is involved in the regulation of the expansion and survival of lymphoid cells.  HELLS is required for de novo and maintenance of DNA methylation.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human HELLS. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
