R0609-1 - TOX (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted M.W.: 57 kDa Uniprot ID: Q66JW3 Background: Thymocyte selection-associated high mobility group box protein TOX contains a HMG box DNA binding domain. HMG boxes are found in many eukaryotic proteins involved in chromatin assembly, transcription and replication. TOX may function to regulate T-cell development. TOX is up-regulated during the early stages of T-cell differentiation, while down-regulated during later stages of maturation of CD4 and CD8 T-cells. Other Names: Thymocyte selection-associated high mobility group box protein TOX, Thymus high mobility group box protein TOX Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of mouse TOX. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:5,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications.
Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts from (A) human Jurkat, (B) mouse thymus, using Ab (R0609-1) at RT for 2 h.
