Background:

Axin-2 (AXIN2) may act as an inhibitor of the Wnt signaling pathway by down-regulating beta-catenin. The deregulation of beta-catenin has been implicated as an important event in the development of a number of malignancies. Defects in AXIN2 are involved in colorectal cancer (CRC) and oligodontia-colorectal cancer syndrome (ODCRCS).

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human AXIN2. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
