Background:

Coup (chicken ovalbumin upstream promoter) transcription factor/NR2F1 belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor family. NR2F1 binds to the ovalbumin promoter and, in conjunction with another protein (S300-II) stimulates initiation of transcription. It has been shown to function in a cell-free transcription system. NR2F1 binds to both direct repeats and palindromes of the 5'-AGGTCA-3' motif. It represses transcriptional activity of LHCG.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human NR2F1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
