R1161-2 - TGFBR3 (C) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted | Observed MW: 93 | 110 kDa Uniprot ID: Q03167 Background: Transforming growth factor beta receptor type 3 (TGFBR3) is a membrane glycoprotein that often functions as a co-receptor for other TGF-beta receptor superfamily members. TGFBR3 binds to TGF-beta. TGFBR3 could be involved in capturing and retaining TGF-beta for presentation to the signaling receptors. Ectodomain shedding produces soluble TGFBR3, which may inhibit TGFB signaling. Decreased expression of TGFBR3 has been observed in various cancers. Other Names: Transforming growth factor beta receptor type 3, TGF-beta receptor type 3, TGFR-3, Betaglycan, Transforming growth factor beta receptor III, TGF-beta receptor type III Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human TGFBR3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:500-1:2,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts from (A) human K562 and (B) mouse liver, using Ab (R1161-2) at RT for 2 h. |
