Background:

Programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (CD274) is a single-pass type I membrane protein that belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and the BTN/MOG family. CD274 is involved in the costimulatory signal essential for T-cell proliferation and IFNG production in a PDCD1-independent manner. CD274’s interaction with PDCD1 inhibits T-cell proliferation by blocking cell cycle progression and cytokine production.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of mouse PD-L1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
