Background:

PPM1L belongs to the PP2C group of serine/threonine phosphatases.  PPM1L regulate stress-activated protein kinase signaling cascades that respond to extracellular stimuli.  PPM1L is highly expressed in heart, placenta, lung, liver, kidney and pancreas.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human PPM1L. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
