Background:

ZSCAN10, zinc finger and SCAN domain-containing protein 10 is required to maintain ES cell pluripotency, and can both activate and /or repress expression of target genes, depending on the context. Specifically binds the 5'-[GA]CGCNNGCG[CT]-3' DNA consensus sequence. ZSCAN10 regulates expression of POU5F1/OCT4, ZSCAN4 and ALYREF/THOC4.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human ZSCAN10. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
