Background:

ETV6 is a transcription factor belonging to the ETS family.  Its primary function is as a transcriptional repressor and it is known to bind to DNA sequence 5’-CCGGAAGT-3’.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human ETV6. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:
