Background:

LBR belongs to the ERG4/ERG24 family. LBR localized in the nuclear envelope inner membrane and anchors the lamina and the heterochromatin to the membrane. LBR may mediate interaction between chromatin and lamin B. Mutations of LBR has been associated with autosomal recessive HEM/Greenberg skeletal dysplasia.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing N-terminal region of human LBR. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
