Background:

Serine/threonine-protein kinase B-raf (BRAF) belongs to the protein kinase superfamily, the TKL Ser/Thr protein kinase family, and the RAF subfamily. BRAF is involved in the transduction of mitogenic signals from the cell membrane to the nucleus. Addtionally, BRAF may play a role in the postsynaptic responses of hippocampal neuron.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the middle region of human BRAF. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:
