Background:

Cytoplasmic polyadenylation element-binding protein 2 (CPEB2) is a cytoplamic protein that belongs to the RRM CPEB family. CPEB2 may play a role in translational regulation of stored mRNAs in transcriptionally inactive haploid spermatids. CPEB2 binds to poly(U) RNA oligomers.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the middle region of human CPEB2. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
