Background:

SH2 domain-containing adapter protein B (SHB) belongs to the Peripheral membrane protein and is an adapter protein which regulates several signal transduction cascades by linking activated receptors to downstream signaling components. SHB may play a role in angiogenesis by regulating FGFR1, VEGFR2 and PDGFR signaling.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human SHB. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
